David Prescott is the Director of Professional Development and Quality Improvement for the Becket Family of Services located across northern New England. He has worked in inpatient settings for over 25 years and specializes in working with individuals who have sexually abused. This web site is dedicated to sharing resources, networking, and training to increase knowledge in these fields.

His published works focus on

  1. Assessment and treatment of adolescents and adults who have sexually abused
  2. Motivational interviewing
  3. The Good Lives and Self-Regulation models of sexual offender rehabilitation
  4. The use of ongoing, structured feedback in improving clinical outcomes
  5. Neurobiological perspectives on treating sexual abuse and aggression
